Step 1: Register as an Advocate

Registration is free, fast, simple and anonymous. You’ll create a unique username as well as a unique Advocate Referral Link. Prefer not to register? Click the information icon to learn more.

If you do not want to register, (1) you will receive the 10% Referral Bonus directly if a Donor inputs your first and last name in the “Referrer Section” during the Donation Checkout process (Step 2 below discusses the Referral Bonus); but (2) you cannot receive the Completion Bonuses discussed in Step 3 below.
Step 2: Receive 10% of all donations as a "Referral Bonus"
That’s it. For example, if a person you refer donates $10,000, you get $1,000. Click here to learn more.
Step 3: Receive a "Completion Bonus" when a procedure is completed.
You also receive $30 to $250 for each completed procedure (i.e., you receive a percentage of the Candidate Goal amount once the procedure is completed). Click the information icon to learn more.
You can receive up to 7.5% of each Candidate's Goal amount by referring each person that is part of the process: Candidate (2.5%), Physician (2.5%), and Donor(s) (2.5%). For example, if you refer a Physician, you receive 2.5% of each Candidate Goal amount for each procedure that Physician completes period

This Completion Bonus is in addition to the 10% Referral Bonus discussed in Step 2 above. You must register as an Advocate to be eligible for these Completion Bonuses.
